Shrimp Garden Dip

Makes 750 ml (3 cups) - Serves 10

Cream cheese, softened (250 g/8 oz.)
250 ml 1 cup
Sour cream
1 pkg. 1 pkg.
Ranch seasoning mix (28 g)
1 can
1 can
Ocean's Cocktail Shrimp (113 g), rinsed and drained
160 ml 2/3 cup
Green pepper, diced
160 ml 2/3 cup
Tomato, seeded, diced
250 ml
1 cup
Grated cheddar cheese
1 stem
1 stem Green onion

Directions

  1. Rinse and drain shrimp.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sour cream and seasoning mix together until smooth.
  3. Spread on a 9 or 10" quiche plate or similar dish.
  4. Sprinkle green peppers, tomato, grated cheese and green onion around the edge. Spread the shrimp on top starting in the centre.
  5. Chill until serving. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
