Tuna Mac and Cheese

A fresh spin on an age old recipe.

Ingredients
2 cans (100 g ea) Gold Seal No Drain Solid White Tuna
1/2 pound (8 ounces) fusilli pasta, cooked, cooled and set aside
2 cups
shredded old cheddar
1/2 cup
finely chopped green onions
1/2 cup
sliced kalamata olives
1½ can (370 ml)
evaporated milk
1/2 cup
cream cheese
1/2 cup
bread crumbs

    This recipe works really well with salmon as well.

    Directions

    Preheat oven at 350 F

    1. In a mixing bowl combine pasta, tuna, cheddar cheese, green onions and olives, mix well and pour in a greased baking pan or oven safe fry pan. 
    2. In a small sauce pan heat the evaporated milk and add cream cheese stirring until cheese is melted.
    3. Pour milk and cheese mixture over pasta and coat with bread crumbs. Bake uncovered in a 350 F oven for 30 - 35 minutes.
