Tuna, Guacamole and Pear Tortilla Rolls

As sunny and bright as Mexico itself, this is an easy, flavourful recipe for a light lunch or a colourful appetizer.

Ingredients
1 can (100 g) Gold Seal No Drain Solid White Tuna
3/4 cup
guacamole (store bought or your own recipe)
1/2
pear, thinly sliced
1/2
medium red bell pepper, julienne
2 10” tortilla
  • Chef's Tips

    Try substituting apples for the pears.

    Directions

    1. Spread guacamole on tortillas, followed by pear slices, red bell pepper and tuna.
    2. Roll tortillas tightly and cut into 2” rounds.
