Tuna Ceviche

An easy and bright fresh appetizer any time of the year.

Ingredients
2 cans (100 g each) Gold Seal No Drain Solid White Tuna
juice of 2 limes
2
celery stalks, finely diced
1/2
cucumber seeded and finely chopped

salt and pepper to taste
  • Chef's Tips

    Garnish with thinly sliced fresh chili pepper, to taste and serve over Boston lettuce.

    Directions

    1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients season with salt and pepper, cover with cling wrap and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
    2. Serve while still chill.
