Tuna and Blueberry Salad

This colourful dish comes alive with the fresh basil whether served as a main dish or a tasty side.

Ingredients
2 cans (120 g) Gold Seal No Drain Solid Light Tuna 
1 cup blueberries
2 red peppers, thinly sliced
1/4 cup finely sliced basil
1/4 cup avocado oil
1 tbsp
balsamic vinegar

season with salt and pepper
  • Chef's Tips

    Avocado oil is a gentle oil that will not overpower the flavours in the salad.  If you can’t find avocado use grape seed oil.

    Directions

    1. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.  
    2. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
