Thai Chili Sardine Sandwich

1 can (125g) Gold Seal Sardines in Thai Chili
2 slices French bread
¼ cup Greek Yogurt, plain
1 tsp. Hot Peppers, pickled, finely chopped
1 tsp. Cucumber, finely chopped
¼ tsp. Cumin
  • Directions

    In a small bowl combine yogurt, sardines, hot peppers, cucumber and cumin, mix well. Spread over French bread and serve.
