Ingredients
1 can (170g)   Gold Seal Skinless, Boneless Pink Salmon, drained
½ cup (125ml)
Goat's cheese
½ cup (125 ml)
Ricotta cheese
1
Red onion, thinly sliced
1 tsp (5ml)
Capers
   Juice of one lemon
 4 slices  Dark rye
  • Directions  

    1. In a small bowl combine salmon, both cheeses, capers and lemon juice.
    2. Spread mixture onto 2 slices of dark rye.Top with the thinly sliced red onion and finish with second slice of bread.
    3. Place in a preheated panni press for 3 to 5 minutes and serve warm.
