Salmon Pesto, Perfect Panini

The flavourful marriage between the pesto and caramelized onions will make it your favourite at the first bite!

Ingredients
1 can (125 g) Gold Seal Skinless Boneless Pink Salmon, drained 
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp basil pesto
1/2 cup caramelized onions
4 slices your favourite bread
  • Chef's Tips

    Add a slice of provolone to each sandwich for a rich, full flavour combination.

    Directions

    1. Preheat panini maker.
    2. Mix mayonnaise and pesto together and spread over all 4 slices of bread.
    3. Place salmon on two slices of bread and then place onions over salmon and cover with two remaining slices.
    4. Grill until golden brown, approx. 4 – 6 minutes.
