Salmon, Black Olives and Salsa Sandwich
Spicy and savoury, this is the perfect take-along for a no-fuss picnic.
|1 can (213 g) ||Gold Seal Pink Salmon, drained (skin & bones removed, if desired) |
|1/4 cup ||sour cream |
|1/2 cup ||salsa |
|1 cup ||shredded head lettuce |
|1/4 cup ||sliced pitted Kalamata olives or sliced black olives |
|1/2 ||shredded medium orange cheese |
|2 ||bread rolls, cut in half |
You can replace the olives with shopped celery for a crunch with less sodium.
- Spread sour cream over bottoms of bread rolls.
- Follow with a layer of salsa, lettuce, and salmon chunks.
- Add olive slices & cheese on top.
