Salmon Bacon Cheddar Panini

Here’s a flavourful lunch idea!

Ingredients
1 can (213 g)
Gold Seal Sockeye salmon, drained, skin & bones removed
2
focaccia buns, cut in half
4 slices cheddar cheese
6 slices precooked bacon
1 cup spinach leaves

olive oil to brush the foccacia (optional)

    Italian style ciabatta buns also work very well when using Panini grills.

    Directions

    1. Brush the outside of the buns with olive oil (optional). Place cheese, salmon, bacon and spinach on one half of the bun. Cover with the top half of bun.
    2. Grill in a Panini maker for about 4-6 minutes, or until golden brown.
    3. Cut in half and serve.
