Salmon and Cucumber Sandwich

2 cans (170g ea)   Gold Seal Skinless, Boneless Pink Salmon, drained

Thin slices of English cucumbers
½ cup (125ml)
Spreadable cream cheese
2
Green onions, finely chopped

Slices of sour dough bread
  • Chef's Tip

    If packing for lunch layer your sandwich cheese first, cucumber, then the salmon salad. Your bread won't get soggy as fast from the cucumber.

    Directions  

    1. In a small bowl combine salmon, green onions and mix well.
    2. Spread cream cheese on four of the slices of sourdough bread.Then layer on top 4 slices of cucumbers on one half of each sandwich.Fork salmon and green onion on each sandwich and close.Serve with your favourite side.
