Canadian on a Bun

Ingredients
1 can (170g)   Gold Seal Skinless, Boneless Sockeye Salmon drained
4 slices
Cooked Canadian bacon

Tomato slices
 1 tsp (5ml)  Dijon mustard
 2 tbsp (10ml)  Mayonnaise
 1 tbsp (5ml)  Real maple syrup
 4 slices  Swiss cheese
 4  Deli buns
  • Directions 

    1. In a small bowl mix together mustard, mayo, maple syrup and salmon.This is your salmon ‘a la Canadian’.
    2. Layer a slice of Canadian bacon, tomatoes then cheese on the bottom of each bun.
    3. Finish your creation with the salmon ‘a la Canadian’ and top with the lid of your bun.
